Recently I watched 'New moon', the second film in the Twilight saga, and it struck me how incredibly gay one scene was (well, actually it was just a few lines of dialogue, but it turned the whole scene gay if you ask me). Now Twilight has already provided some rather amusing gay subtexts in the form of Alice and Bella (for more info on this, and a good laugh check out http://gracethespot.com/?p=2832 - nice one Grace Maxwell!), but I'm talking about diologue here that was obviously stolen from any gay themed book/film where the character's just come out to someone who isn't taking it dead well. Observe...
(Jacob and Bella are just walking along the beach right after Bella has found out that Jacob is a werewolf *snore*.)
Bella: (Disgusted) Can't you find a way to...stop? I mean, it's just wrong.
Jacob: (Hurt and confrontational) It's not a lifestyle choice Bella! I was born this way, I can't help it. God, you're such a hypocrite.
See what I mean? So gay.
